The UTF team collected the Best Community Venue 2015 prize at the Tennis Sussex Awards being hosted by HEART DJ - Jack the Lad, at the AMEX stadium in Brighton.  This means that the new courts came first out of 96 LTA registered tennis venues in all of Sussex.

Winning this prize means that Urban Tennis will now be placed into the national Aegon British Tennis Awards - a win here could be worth upto £5,000 to help with the running costs and improving the facilities further at Victoria Pleasure Ground.

Separately, the UTF also attended the Fields in Trust national awards ceremony at Lord's Cricket Ground and the team came runners up in the category for Best Coummunity Volunteer.
